1. Domain Registrations

Due to the nature of domain registration (funds are paid to third-party registries/registrars upon registration), domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once a domain has been successfully registered, except in cases of technical error on our part.

2. Hosting Services

• If you are not satisfied with our hosting services, you may request a refund within 30 days of initial purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used.
• Renewal payments for hosting are non-refundable once processed, unless required by law.
